Well, Princess Polly updated their return policy and they are no longer doing Happy Returns. Their new return system includes a $6.95 return shipping fee, which is deducted from your refund for all domestic and UK returns. Returns may take up to 10 business days to post to your account, just a heads up.
Prefer store credit? You can choose that instead and avoid the shipping charge. If you are using any kind of buy now, pay later service and need to make a return, you will still have to pay the fee.
Just note that they will not accept items if there are visible signs of use. If you are returning swimwear, the hygiene seal must be attached, along with the tag. They do offer instant returns, but that option does require a credit card capture. I highly recommend sizing up if you are trying to avoid returns. If you live near a store, checking it out in person is also a great option.

Overall, the quality is pretty good for the price point. Most pieces feel well made and hold up after washing, especially basics and dresses. They are 100 times better than SHEIN! I’d say shop their site during major sales or through Amazon where it looks like they have some good discounts on older styles.
Does Princess Polly deliver orders quickly?
Shipping times are generally reliable, but they can vary depending on where you live. In my experience, orders typically arrived within a few days or overnight if I paid for it.
My Princess Polly exchange experience (2026)
I selected the size I wanted, then chose the QR code return option at my local USPS that accepts returns. I was able to find the closest location using my zip code on the QR code page. I packed the outfit in a box I already had, showed the worker my code, and got a receipt for the return—free and simple.
Within two hours of dropping it off, Princess Polly confirmed they were packing and had already shipped my new size.
Considering quality and shipping, is Princess Polly worth it?
I would say yes, but look out for sales around holidays if you want a good deal. I do think their pieces can be expensive.
