I recently tried The Makeup Eraser microfiber towels, and I have to admit—I went into this a little skeptical.
First of all, I love that there’s one for every day of the week. Having a fresh towel ready to go each day is such a nice touch. Before using them, I washed and dried the towels, and I was happy to see absolutely no pilling. We love a product that survives the first wash!
They’re also super soft and adorable. Honestly, they even match my sleeveless robe, which makes my nighttime routine feel a little more put together.

The Real Test

I decided to put one to the test with some of my everyday makeup. I used it to remove eyeliner, bronzer, and blush.
Afterward, I did what I normally do: I wiped my face with a cotton pad to see if there was any leftover makeup.
Not gonna lie, I fully expected to see some residue.
But I was genuinely shocked. There wasn’t a smudge of bronzer or pink blush on the white cotton face pad. The towel had removed all of my makeup before I even washed my face in the shower.
And honestly? That’s what surprised me the most.

Normally, even after removing my makeup with a cotton pad and micellar water, I still find makeup on my face afterward. So seeing virtually nothing left behind after using the microfiber towel was kind of crazy to me.
I’m officially impressed.
A Cute Gift Idea
These would make great stocking stuffers for the ladies in your life, especially younger girls who are starting to experiment with age-appropriate, light makeup looks in middle school or high school. They’re soft, cute, reusable, and make removing makeup feel a little more fun.
Plus, anything that makes washing your face at the end of the day easier is a win in my book.
